Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TPP — The Phone's Planet ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information when you use our mobile application. We built the App to be simple and private: it has no advertising, no analytics trackers, and no user profiling.

1. Information You Provide

The App is an inventory and sales ledger. The only information stored is the business data you choose to enter yourself, such as:

• Phone details (brand, model, storage, colour, IMEI, PTA status, battery health);
• Purchase and sale prices, commissions and profit figures;
• Budget amounts and withdrawal records;
• Dates of purchase and sale.

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

The data you enter is stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, a cloud database service operated by Google LLC. This allows your ledger to be backed up and synced. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google's secure infrastructure. You can read Google's privacy practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

3. Information Collected Automatically

The App itself does not include analytics or advertising SDKs. The underlying Firebase service may automatically process limited technical information (such as IP addresses and device identifiers) as necessary to operate the service, as described in Google's privacy documentation.

4. How We Use Information

Your data is used solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Displaying your inventory, sales history and dashboard totals;
• Calculating profits, commissions and budgets;
• Syncing and backing up your ledger in the cloud.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for advertising.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains stored for as long as you use the App. You can delete individual records at any time from within the App. If you want all of your data removed from our systems, contact us at the email address below and we will delete it.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is a business utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We rely on Google Firebase's industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
