Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TPP — The Phone's Planet mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App Does

The App is a personal inventory and sales ledger for phone resellers. It lets you record phones, purchase and sale prices, profits, commissions and budgets. It is a record-keeping tool only.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own business record-keeping. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or lease any part of the App except as permitted by law.

3. Your Data and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
• You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to your business, including tax, trade and device-registration (e.g. PTA) regulations in your country.
• The App's figures (profits, totals, budgets) are calculated from your own inputs and are provided for convenience only — they are not financial, accounting or legal advice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Record or facilitate any unlawful activity, including trade in stolen devices;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its cloud services.

5. Availability

The App relies on third-party cloud services (Google Firebase) to store and sync your data. We aim to keep the App available and your data intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and recommend you keep independent records of critical business information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; you can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
